Why 3 Television Networks Are Suing Dish—Here’s Today’s Ad Brief

The television networks are suing Dish because of "AutoHop," a feature that allows viewers to hop over the commercial breaks. CBS said in a statement: "This service takes existing network content and modifies it in a manner that is unauthorized and illegal. We believe this is a clear violation of copyright law and we intend to stop it."

Apple’s Siri Tells John Malkovich Jokes In Latest iPhone Ad—Here’s Today’s Ad Brief
Posted by: | CommentsJohn Malkovich has joined Zooey Deschanel and Samuel L. Jackson in the list of celebrities used to advertise Apple's iPhone. Watch the ad above. TBWAMedia Arts Lab made the spot and according to Ad Age, this is Malkovich's first commercial made to be distributed in the U.S.
