Press Release: “It’s a Full Blown Criminal Case”
ByNow that federal drug agents and Los Angeles police detectives have raided the Houston office of Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray, what is the status of the Michael Jackson investigation?
Law professor and media analyst, James Hirsen says, “There is no doubt that the Jackson investigation is a full blown federal criminal case.”
“The raid to the Houston office of Michael Jackson’s personal live-in doctor was based on the preliminary results of Jackson’s autopsy which showed the cause of death to be connected to the operating room drug Propofol, a substance that would not legitimately be in the possession of an individual in their home.”
“The fact that two-dozen DEA agents accompanied LAPD and Houston police officers, underscores the serious nature of the action. A search warrant was obtained for the police raid with a judge having to determine that there was probable cause for the search and seizure. A key factor is that Murray is not licensed to prescribe controlled substances like Propofol in the State of California.”
