PIXAR head-honcho JOHN LASSITER was in Cannes to promote the upcoming animated epic, UP. It’s a story about a grumpy, old man whose house is elevated into the wild blue with the help of some helium inflated balloons. Hands down, the most controversial film at this year’s CANNES INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL was director LARS VON TRIER’S much anticipated ANTICHRIST. Reportedly met with jeers and walk-outs at it’s premier screening, the film was considered an outrage.
